Our Exclusive Rush Service provides the fastest possible delivery for your most urgent shipments. When you call, our helpful customer service representatives will tell you when our driver will arrive to pick up and deliver your package. Available 24 hours a day.
Priority Rush Service – 3 hour delivery
Our Most Popular Service! Priority Rush Service provides rapid delivery of your urgent packages at an extremely attractive price. Packages traveling in the LA/Orange Metro Areas are normally delivered within 3 hours of your ready time. Available 24 hours a day.
Standard Rush Service – 5 hour delivery
Standard Rush Service saves you 20% off of our Priority Rush rate on your less urgent packages. This service is available for orders called in and ready from 8:00am to 12:00pm and provides delivery within 5 hours. Available Monday through Friday throughout most of our service areas.
Same Day Service – 5 pm delivery
Same Day Service provides an even greater savings and still ensures delivery by 5:00pm that business day. Your order must be called in and ready for pickup by 10:00am. Available Monday through Friday throughout most of our service areas.
Parts Depot and Warehousing – We store and deliver your urgent parts
Let us store and inventory your parts, products and supplies in a secure environment and deliver them to your customer any time of the day or night they are needed. Our Parts Depot warehouse has proved it’s effectiveness for our customers who have to respond to instantly to their customers emergency situations. Our Around-the-Clock Dispatch Center keeps you in complete control 24 hours a day access to your emergency parts stock. 24 Hours a day Service – We’re here whenever you need us!
For your convenience, our Dispatch Center is open 24 hours a day to handle any of your after hour service requests or supply you with information previously placed orders. Delivery service requested after 4:00pm weekdays and on weekends or holidays is subject to surcharge. (Please call for rate.)
Long Distance Service
We cover the entire Southland from the Pacific Ocean to Arizona or Nevada, from Sand Diego to Santa Barbara and even beyond.
Airline Recovery and Drop Off
We can pick up from or deliver your package to any counter to counter or air freight facility at Los Angeles International, John Wayne/Orange County, Burbank, Ontario, or any other Southern California airport.
Size and Weight Capabilities
Our fleet of cars, pick-up trucks, vans, and bobtail trucks are geared to handle practically any size or weight shipment you have. Please call customer service for additional information and rates.
Return Trips / Multiple Deliveries
Return trips or multiple deliveries are a great way to save time and money. We can deliver your documents, contracts, etc., wait for signature or approval and immediately return them to you.
Proof of Delivery Confirmation
At your request, we’ll call you back with the time of delivery and the name of the person who received your package (or with flight information for your air shipments) at no extra charge.
Driver Standby
We can standby at your office, your customer site, or any location should you need extra time in the preparation of your package or shipment. The first 10 minutes of standby time is always free of charge. (Please inquire with customer service representative about standby charges.)
